Sizing Responsibility:

• It is the customers responsibility to order the correct nail sizes

• I highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before placing a custom order or choosing a set that is available in the shop

Sizing Kit:

• If you order a sizing kit with your nail set, the sizing kit will be shipped first. Once you receive the kit and confirm your nail sizes, we will be begin creating your nail set

• If you do not want to purchase a sizing kit, there is a standard sizing guide sheet available for use, free of purchase, that allows you to size your nails through another method.

• For on time delivery please ensure you reach out with your sizing kit results as soon as possible via email (co.mily2@gmail.com)

Size & Fit:

• Each set includes 10 nails to ensure the perfect fit especially if the sizing kit was utilized

• The nails are sturdy and comfortable for all day wear

• Flexible fit that mimics the look and feel of salon acrylics

Material:

• Made from high quality ABS plastic and have a layer of BIAB gel

• Durable, chip-resistant, and designed for long-lasting wear

• Vegan & cruelty free

• Hand-designed for a natural/nail like finish

Care Instructions:

To get the most out of your Press-Ons:

• Avoid prolonged contact with water for the first 1-2 hours after application

• Wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes

• Avoid harsh chemicals, oils, or acetone while wearing

• Handle gently to extend wear time

Cleaning & Reuse

• Gently remove adhesive tabs , or soak nails in warm water for 10 minutes to remove glue, use cuticle oil and pusher if necessary

• Clean nails with warm water and mild soap using a soft brush if needed

• Allow press-on nails to fully air dry before storing

• Store in the original box to maintain shape and shine

Wear time:

• Adhesive tabs: 1-3 days

• Nail glue: 7-14 days with proper care

• Reusable with proper removal and storage

Damage During Shipping:

• All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen , or damaged packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier.

Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges:

• Refunds & replacements are only considered If we made an error in the design or if the product arrives defective due to our mistake.

• There are no exchanges, all sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products and due to the individuality of each set.

• Proof (clear photo) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery for consideration. After that timeframe, you must order a replacement nail if needed.

Order processing time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) if you'd like to expedite your order you may choose the express shipping option at checkout (ensure that the right option is chosen whether international or domestic shipping).

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmations email with tracking details

Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days

• Local Shipping: 1-2 business days

• We use durable, protective packaging, and whenever possible, eco-conscious materials

• Fragile items receive additional protective wrapping

Tracking Your Order:

• All shipped orders include tracking information

• Tracking updates may take up to 24-72 hours to appear, especially for international shipments

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

• International orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes, or fees determined by the destination country

• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer

Delays and Carrier Issues:

• international shipping times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays , or other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipments is significantly delayed or appears lost please contact us and we will assist you promptly (first return is free)

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages:

• If your order is damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us withing 48 hours of delivery (or within a reasonable period for delayed shipments). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
